Senior Finance Analyst – Cash & Banking

Location – Warwick

Type – Permanent, 2-3 days office based.

Salary: £51,000 - £62,000

As the Senior Finance Analyst – Cash & Banking, reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that cash is available in the right place, at the right time, and in the right currency to meet Calor's commitments. You will be the main point of contact for our Parent Company, banks, and auditors, ensuring strong control and governance over the processes under your responsibility. Leading a dedicated team, you will not only manage day-to-day operations but also anticipate changes, identify improvements, and forecast our cash requirements.

In this role, you will ensure optimal cash positioning to meet business commitments while maintaining robust control environments and governance. Your responsibilities will include serving as the primary liaison with our Parent Company, banks, and auditors, and leading and developing a team to deliver outstanding results. Additionally, you will proactively identify and implement process improvements and forecast future cash requirements for the business.
