Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

Our client in Hertford are looking for an organised and hardworking individual with experience within accounts or credit control. They are a well-established company committed to excellence and are currently seeking a new member of the team to manage their credit operations effectively.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience in a credit control role or account's role.
- Proficiency in Sage 50 is essential.
- Good MS Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company's credit control processes, ensuring timely collections and minimising overdue debts.
- Utilise Sage 50 for efficient financial management, including invoice processing, credit notes, and payment allocations.
- Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and analyse aged debtor reports, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing queries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to streamline credit control procedures and implement best practices.
