We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our clients team in Nottingham. You'll undertake Face to Face reviews/assessment for adults of all ages in relation to reablement, accommodation, equipment/adaptations and minor adaptations.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle a diverse range of occupational therapy cases, focusing on assessing, planning, and reviewing complex individual needs to foster independence.
- Perform occupational therapy assessments using various tools and techniques, including activity analysis, risk assessments, and healthcare evaluations, to determine the appropriate interventions.
- Recognise opportunities for reablement and ensure access to relevant services to support patient recovery and independence.
- Encourage a strengths-based approach to help individuals manage their own needs, risks, and goals within their preferred living environment.
Requirements:
- Must have at least Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent and have HCPC registration.
