Commercial Finance Manager - Fashion Business - London

Salary: up to £85,000 + 20% discretionary bonus
Hybrid working: 2 days a week in the office

We have the perfect role for you at one of London's most iconic fashion brands. You will sit in a large commercial finance team of circa 20 people and interact with different areas of the business.
Position: Commercial Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and commercial guidance.
- Analyze market trends and business performance to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong commercial finance experience in industry, with significant PQE
- Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
