Team Assistant

A non-profit based in the West End is seeking a Team Assistant to support client engagement through exceptional customer service skills and various administrative tasks. The role requires someone confident and professional, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Role: Team Assistant

Duration: Full-time

Start date: ASAP (will wait 1 month's notice)

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH

Location: West End

Responsibilities:

  • Organise meetings and prepare meeting agendas
  • Conduct industry research
  • Draft correspondence
  • Handle client queries and promptly address any concerns or issues
  • Collaborate with other departments and provide support on special projects as needed
  • Maintain client database and records

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in administration
  • Diary management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Approachable and friendly
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
