Junior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team, a role that is ideal for a marketing enthusiast eager to make a significant impact in a company renowned for high-end glass sliding doors and bespoke glass structures. This position offers the chance to work with high-end clients nationwide and requires a creative individual with a passion for digital marketing and visual content creation.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and oversee the company's online presence, including the website and social media channels.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive visual content strategy that aligns with the company's mission and objectives.
- Assist in the planning and monitoring of tactical marketing campaigns.
- Implement digital marketing plans, including content management for social media platforms and blogs.
- Enhance internal marketing communication and provide support for photo shoots, events, and press inquiries.
- Conduct industry research, monitor market trends, and perform competitor analysis.
- Create, film, and edit high-quality videos and images for various platforms, including social media, the company website, and promotional materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing online activities and social media channels.
- Ability to develop and implement visual content strategies.
- Experience with executing and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, including content management for social media and blogs.
- Competency in promoting internal marketing communication.
- Proficiency in conducting industry research and market analysis.
- Creative skills in video and image editing tailored for diverse platforms.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
