My client is renowned for their design and manufacturing of a wide range of specialist equipment. Established almost 40 years ago they are a prominent name in their field. Due to constant growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Garment Technologist / Pattern Cutter to join their existing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing new garment concepts
- Liaising with factories to ensure instructions are being followed and quality standards are met
- Approving samples from first fit to final sample stage
- Creating garment specifications and size charts
- Creating and approving patterns
- Creating and amending samples
- Interpreting customer needs through specification format
- Liaising with suppliers
- Sourcing materials
- Managing a team of 5 production staff

Person Specification:
- Confident and clear communicator
- Previous experience working as a Garment Technologist / Pattern Cutter
- Ability to Source materials and liaise with Suppliers
- Staff management experience
