We are looking for a skilled BDM Executive to join a talented team within a B-Corp firm to work alongside senior stakeholders and deliver on BDM activities. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the development and management of internal communications channels, coordinate and manage BDM and events, and implement campaigns across web, social media and e-marketing channels. What you'll be doing
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver tenders, credentials packs, and other client development presentations.
- Create, manage, edit, revise, and proofread marketing materials.
- Gather information on clients and produce briefing notes for partner conferences, speaker events, and business development trips or client meetings.
- Regularly update the tenders database and report on tender performance.
- Assist with awards submissions, including collating and editing copy related to Purpose and Impact Initiatives.
- Coordinate and project manage business development and firmwide events.
- Work with BDM Managers to implement campaigns and projects across website, social media, and e-marketing channels, from planning to execution and reporting.
Experience you'll need to apply
- Experience in a similar Business Development and Marketing position at Assistant or Executive level, ideally within a law firm or similar environment.
- Existing knowledge and ability in developing communications for internal channels.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels including, Social, Email, and Website.
- Experience in reporting on campaign performance.
