Accounts Payable Specialist

In2 consult are partnering with EMEA operating organisation looking to expand it's Accounts Payable team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company who is a leader in their market and growing. Candidates applying to this role with have experience working in Accounts Payable and EMEA transactions, working in teams of 4 - 10 and completing fast-paced and accurate accounts**.**
Job Duties:
- Processing invoices and expense claims
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Ensuring accurate coding of invoices and expenses
- Preparing payments for approval
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Assisting with month-end closing processes
- Responding to vendor inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable (EMEA)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
- Multicurrency (USD & EURO)
- European language speaker (Ideal)
