Commercial Litigaton Paralegal

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work closely with a Commercial Litigation Partner and support other Fee Earners.
The role Litigation Paralegal role will include:
- Hit the ground running on a variety of litigation matters.
- Have technical knowledge commensurate to their level of experience as well as being proactive.
- Good knowledge of property transactions.
- Supporting Partner with caseload.
- Knowledge of civil procedures rules.
- Experience in dealing with County Court Claims
- Debt recovery experience
- Experience in briefing Counsels.
- Dealing with mortgage possession claims, landlord and tenant work.
- High court and tribunal proceedings.
Essential Skills Needed to apply:
- Educated to Degree Level.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrate confidence.
- IT literate.
- Attention to detail
