Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Birmingham

Our client is a leading Information Services provider made up of 3 specialist companies including a technical change management consultancy, specialists in technology recruitment and a managed services organisation.

They are now looking for driven and dynamic graduates to join their team of Sales Development Representatives in Birmingham!

Role:

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, profiling and marketing
  • Perform proactive prospect outreach via phone, emails and social channels to generate an interest in the company offering
  • Build and understanding of the company product and offerings to then take to the market
  • Book meetings with key decision makers and further down the line shadow more senior sales people to understand the sales cycle and gain exposure to clients
  • Be creative and consultative in the entire sales process
  • Engage with virtual teams to help support and manage demand generation

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and adaptable
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
