An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Manager to be based in Cambridge. This multi-site-based role includes;

  • Being the face of the client brand in Cambridge
  • Supporting and being a direct point of contact for customers
  • Day to day site management and systems
  • Organising and hosting customer events
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders in the Cambridge community.
  • Capturing and analysing customer feedback to continuously improve services and community satisfaction.

Level of Experience

  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Proven experience in property management or at least a strong interest in property
  • Effective IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft and Excel (Advanced)
