Your Role as a Construction Technical Support Engineer:
- Provide on going technical support to customers on operational, installation, maintenance, or service issues.
- Diagnose potential mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures of construction equipment.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and parts controllers.
- Assist service engineers and fitters with technical enquiries.
- Modify and compile basic construction CAD images.
- Office based in Curdworth Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 17:30 with 1-hour lunch, 1 Sat in 4 07:30 - 13:00.
Ideal Background for the Construction Technical Support Engineer Position:
- A background in civil engineering or land surveying.
- Ideally a degree or HNC/HND in a related field such as civil engineering, surveying, or construction.
- Able to compile and amend construction CAD models.
- Knowledge of Topcon, Trimble, Leica surveying systems is of benefit.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Full manual UK driving licence and able to commute daily to Curdworth.
- Right to work in the UK without restrictions, sponsorship will not be provided.
The Package for the Construction Technical Support Engineer:
- £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience
