We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in an Accountancy Practice, who is ready to contribute to the restructuring of our organisation and adopt a fresh outlook to meet exceptional standards. As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our in-house and remote teams, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Oversee and coordinate the work of staff across various departments such as Digital Marketing, IT, HR, and Account Executives.
  • Allocate tasks to team members and set deadlines based on client requirements.
  • Monitor overdue schedules, provide explanations for delays, and follow up with team members for progress updates.
  • Provide regular reports to management on operational weaknesses and propose solutions.
  • Handle telephone calls when necessary, respond to client queries, or direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Prioritise tasks based on urgency and manage client portfolios, assisting with onboarding and ensuring compliance and due diligence.
  • Support the management team with diary management, organising client meetings, preparing presentations, taking minutes, and attending meetings, including HMRC Meetings and business collaborations.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by management and engage in new schemes with a fresh perspective.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in management and administration within a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with teams across different locations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience in client management and maintaining client portfolios.
  • Proficiency in diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and opportunities with a proactive approach.
