Junior Telesales Executive Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to potential clients and identify opportunities
- Promote and sell the product range to new and existing clients
- Build a pipeline of business and maintain contact with customers
- Assist with marketing campaigns for clients who have shown interest
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer data and call activity
- Achieve set targets
- Support a team of Account Managers
Junior Telesales Executive Skills and Experience:
- Experience within a telesales environment would be advantageous, but not essential
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Driven, motivated, and ambitious with a keen desire to carve a career in sales
- A confident communicator, articulate, and able to liaise at all levels and build rapport
- Able to work to and achieve targets
