Social Media and Marketing Executive - Clapham - £35,000 to £40,000 dependant on experience
My client, an award-winning Estate Agent and Property Investment Consultancy, are currently seeking a Social Media and Marketing Executive with proven experience in the property industry, to join their growing team.
You will be a vital part of the team, working with their external marketing team and the director to provide expertise on generating leads, plan and attend events, and manage all social media platforms.
The role will be extremely busy and requires an individual who can work well in a team as well autonomously.
Your duties will include:
- Upload accurate for-sale and rental listings to property portals (RightMove, OnTheMarket, Zoopla) with appealing details and photos.
- Create visually engaging social media posts by editing images to promote new property listings.
- Update and rebrand brochures and office documents to align with current branding standards.
- Plan and manage company networking events, including venue selection, guest list coordination, and collaboration with photographers.
- Work with Salesforce, Alto, and Brief Your Market to ensure smooth CRM operations, promptly flagging issues.
- Create team images, bios, and email signatures to maintain brand consistency for all team members.
- Produce high-quality apartment images suitable for marketing materials.
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss lead generation, property listings, and follow up on action items.
- Plan and execute property events, overseeing logistics and details for a seamless experience.
- Ensure outgoing marketing emails are properly signed off with developers before distribution.
- Regularly check and update the company website for accuracy and optimal functionality.
- Draft and format professional mass marketing emails in HTML for sales consultants.
- Book videographers for high-quality walk-through videos
- Attend networking events to represent the company.
- Distribute daily leads from Google Ads and social media to sales consultants.
- Hold budgeting meetings with directors to review marketing expenditures
- Generate and optimise incoming leads for sales consultants through social media, email campaigns, and property listings.
Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years' Marketing and Social Media Marketing experience
- Background in marketing within the Property industry is a bonus
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, theory and best practice
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal and be a persuasive communicator building consensus and buy-in at a senior level
- Experience working with external marketing agencies
- Proficiency in image editing software
- Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle various tasks and deadlines effectively
- Ability to manage own workload, use initiative and generate leads
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and all Social Media platforms
- Demonstrable hands-on experience of digital marketing and web tools and platforms.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (office based)
