Elevation Recruitment Group, Business Support division are currently working with a leading manufacturer based in Leeds.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to coordinate schedules, and timelines
- Hire relevant equipment, PPE and schedule to correct site
- Arrange travel (hotels and flights) for site engineers
- Care, van and tool hire
- Administer Visa applications
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project needs are met
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, status reports, and coordination between teams
- Contribute to meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate them to project management
- Work with quality control teams to ensure project deliverables meet company standards and client expectations
