Your work will be key in helping pupils reach their full potential by providing tailored support in both one-on-one and group settings. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play an essential role in maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels supported and encouraged.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting students with individual learning needs in their academic progress
- Assisting the class teacher in creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to implement personalised learning strategies
