Aspire People is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join our team in Rugby, starting in September. This rewarding position will involve supporting all year groups for the full academic year, providing invaluable assistance to students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering high-quality education across all year groups.
Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and classroom resources.
Supervise and provide individual support to students during activities and lessons.
Requirements:
Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one.
Previous experience working with children and supporting SEN needs is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
