Reed Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of a reputable and successful local business to assist in their search for a Senior Bookkeeper.
This is an integral role within the business, which will involve all daily bookkeeping duties to maintain cashflow and ensure the company's objectives are received.
Location: Thurrock, Essex
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 per annum
Hours: 9am to 5pm
Your role will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day financial operations of the business.
- Creating, sending and tracking invoices for works completed.
- Reconciling and balancing ledgers.
- Ensuring invoices are approved and coded.
- Monitoring and maintaining cashflow.
- Providing weekly cashflow reports to management.
- Liaising with external accountants.
This role would be ideal for a candidate who is confident in all aspects of the above and able to run the accounts function single-handedly.
