A brilliant newly-created opportunity for a Finance Reporting Manager for an established, fast-growing media business based in Manchester.
This role offers hybrid working arrangements, horizontal and vertical routes for progression and exposure to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Balance Sheet Governance & Control and collating UK consolidated management and statutory financial statements.
- Act as main point of contact with Group FP&A for Group Consolidation.
- Act as main accounting point of contact for statutory reporting, tax and treasury teams.
- Manager month-end reporting process including submitting forms and templates to Group FP&A for Group Consolidation.
- Adherence to Group Accounting policy, UK GAAP and other standards as required.
- Maintain effective relationship & service management with internal customers.
- Working alongside the business, group/commercial finance, and IT to standardise and automate processes to ensure efficiency.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ICAEW or CIMA or ACCA)
- Relevant post qualification experience in a similar or related role
- Experience in technical financial reporting requirements for a complex multi business organisation
