Practice Accountant
Location: Market Deeping
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 (Negotiable depending on experience, pro-rata for part-time)

The Role:
As a Practice Accountant, you will play a crucial role in their growth, working closely with their supportive team. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and finalising: Limited annual accounts and corporation tax returns / Sole trader and partnership annual accounts and returns / Self-assessment tax returns / Management accounts / VAT returns.
- Completing and reviewing bookkeeping using Dext and Xero.
- Engaging with clients through meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Managing a portfolio of clients.
- Supporting team development and assisting with various tasks.
About You:

Qualifications:
- AAT Level 4 (Required).
- ACCA/ACA Qualified or Part-Qualified (Desirable).
- Minimum of 5 years of practice experience with another accountancy firm.
