Role: Head of Consultancy (ISO)

IMSM are seeking a Head of Consultancy (ISO) to lead the delivery of ISO consultancy and certification services, ensuring high quality execution and customer satisfaction.
About the role
The role involves providing leadership, managing consultancy teams and overseeing the implementation of ISO standards.
What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for advising clients, ensuring compliance and driving business growth, all while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent service and exceeding customer expectations. The position ensures operational excellence and fosters continuous improvement to enhance both service quality and client experience.
About you:
You will be educated to degree level and have in-depth knowledge of ISO standards Quality Management Systems (QMS). You will have proven experience in quality management or consultancy, with strong experience in a leadership or management position.
You will have proven experience in implementing ISO standards and managing client certifications and have strong leadership, project management and problem-solving skills.
Where & how you'll be working
The role will be largely remote, however this can be offered at a hybrid model based in Malmesbury, Wiltshire. UK travel will be required; however, this will be no more than 30%.
