Finance Business Partner – Leading International Group

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Managing Director at one of their flagship processing plants, helping drive the financial performance of the site.
In this role, you will lead the production of management accounts, oversee weekly forecasting, and develop key performance indicators that enhance operational efficiency. Your financial expertise will directly influence the plant's performance, contributing to the company's ambitious growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the production of management accounts to inform critical decision-making
- Oversee weekly forecasting, ensuring accuracy and relevance
- Develop and implement KPIs to drive site performance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight and support
What We're Looking For:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a process-driven business (manufacturing, recycling, distribution)
- Strong track record in forecasting, reporting, and KPI development
- Analytical mindset with the ability to influence and challenge senior management
