Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Private Client Associate to join their esteemed team. You will undertake a broad range of private client work predominantly for individuals with international connections, including:
- Advising on pre-immigration tax planning
- The remittance basis of taxation and statutory resident test
- Estate planning for non-domiciled individuals
- Global asset structuring
- Succession planning and family governance for international families
- Advising on the UK tax treatment of investment in the UK, including UK property holding structures
- Advising on all aspects of offshore trust, estate planning, and other related tax and fiduciary work
Ideal Candidate:
- A 2-7 PQE Solicitor with International Private Client experience
- Proven ability to manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical ability and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail
- Committed to providing exceptional client service
