A leading luxury brand is seeking a temporary PA to work with global heads for a 1 month booking initially in their London headquarters.
This role could lead to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Diary Management, setting up meetings
- Offering teas and coffees to clients
- Getting lunch if necessary
- Sending parcels, handling couriers, assisting in the stock room
- Liaising with corporate travel company for any travel requirements
ideal candidate :
Proven PA experience is required and ideally with luxury goods background, ability to multitask and be available immediately as this role may start as early as next week.
Personality: a professional, warm calm demeanour, articulate, conscientious and intelligent.
This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two working from home.
