We are looking for a Recruitment / Resourcing Business Partner to assist with day-to-day recruitment activities for an initial contract of 12 months.
Duties:
- Advertise vacancies and manage job postings and closing dates.
- Review applications, carry out shortlisting, and keep recruitment systems up to date.
- Schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
- Build relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and record job briefings.
- Attend job fairs to promote the employer brand and attract candidates.
- Serve as a key contact for candidates throughout the process.
- Guide to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Complete admin tasks in the applicant tracking system.
- Manage on boarding to ensure all steps are completed before new recruits start.
- Assist the wider HR team with general admin support.
Skills
- Experience in recruitment role agency or internal
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
- Clear communicator with strong customer service skills
- Open to learning and taking on new tasks.
- Comfortable handling admin tasks and working under pressure.
