Currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager in London working for a central government entity to support and assist with facilities management as well as bids, tenders and contracts.
This 12 month contract role based in London will play a crucial role in the preparation of documentation, quality checking, data testing, analysis, bench marking, and ensuring compliance with governance processes.
This central government role demands attention to detail and the ability to liaise with multiple governance bodies and stakeholders through a detailed commercial lens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and quality checking of documentation for total facilities management and performance Partner (Integrator) contracts.
- Conduct data testing, analysis, and benchmarking to ensure compliance with governance processes.
- Liaise with multiple governance bodies and stakeholders, providing detailed commercial insights.
- Provide ad-hoc and administrative support throughout the programme.
- Prepare and attend key governance board meetings.
- Collaborate with CCS partners in developing bid packs.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven commercial experience in Facilities Management and Performance Partner (Integrator) procurements.
- Experience in utilising CCS Frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality compliant tender documentation, including specifications, tender bid packs, and business case documents.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage procurement process steps to relevant deadlines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and creating presentation packs.
- MCIPS qualified (desirable but not essential)
