Commercial Property Junior Paralegal

My client is a very reputable Legal 500 rated commercial law firm, who, due to growth, are looking to expand their Commercial Property team based at their office near Mayfair. They are keen to recruit an experienced, dynamic and professional Junior Paralegal to support the Commercial Property team.

Duties and responsibilities of a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal:
- Offering general support to the team
- High volume renewals, repossessions, general commercial landlord and tenant disputes
- Assist in the drafting of legal documents, witness statements and with the preparation of documentation to clients
- Ensure strict deadlines are correctly diarised, day to day management of court dates and liaising with the courts
- Attend meetings with Fee Earners, clients and third parties
- Maintain the integrity of data in key platforms by ensuring that they are updated, reviewed and actioned in a timely manner
- Undertake file opening and closing processes as required in support of matter progression
- Complete administrative tasks such as document scanning, and photocopying as required
- Prepare high quality documentation covering letters, presentations, spreadsheets and reports as required
- Undertake legal research both as requested and on own initiative
- Liaise with colleagues within other teams on new and existing instructions
