Legal Assistant - Residential Property

An exciting opportunity has become available for a residential property legal assistant to join a rapidly expanding and forward-thinking law firm in their SE London/Kent Borders office.
This role will be to support a fee earner in the residential conveyancing team.
The role will include:
- Assisting the fee earner with administration
- Liaising with other team members
- Actioning documents required for the conveyancing process.
- Contacting relevant organisations in the conveyancing process
- Responding to clients giving regular updates
You will be:
- A legal assistant/paralegal
- Good knowledge of residential property work
- Organised and efficient
- Be customer focused.
- Have clear and concise communication skills.
- Motivated and enthusiastic
This role offers the support of a great two office firm, ongoing training, and progression.
