Clarity are working as a recruitment partner to source a Contract Manager for our client near Farnborough.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance, and managing risk. This is a critical role within the business that requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The role requires travel to London once / twice a week to meet with clients and the cost of this will be covered by the company.
Duties:
- Review and analyse contract terms and conditions, scheduling plans and length of term.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, vendors, and suppliers
- Prepare and draft contracts, including amendments and addendums
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service dates are completed in line with the client agreement & Industry standards
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement or risk mitigation
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation including all service reports & remedial repairs
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contract management (training provided in house where required)

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficiency in contract management software or tools is preferred but not essential.
