This remarkable Financial Services Regulation team are seeking an enthusiastic Associate to join based in London.

The practice operates within the Regulatory & Investigations department, leading the industry with innovative finance products and cutting-edge deals globally. They also, work with clients across retail and wholesale financial services, including banks, FinTech companies, and insurers.

The Role:

  • This role offers an exciting opportunity for a 0-4 year PQE Associate to advance their career within a global firm and support practice growth.
  • Responsibilities include advising on M&A, regulatory change, and cross-border expansion projects, collaborating with our legal teams worldwide.
  • You'll develop expertise in consumer, payments, and wholesale financial services, advising on authorizations, regulatory compliance, and product launches.
  • Additionally, you'll assist clients throughout the regulatory process, from obtaining licenses to drafting product materials.

Skills:

  • English law knowledge from a top-tier city firm.
  • Strong academic background.
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory landscape and upcoming reforms.
  • Understanding of major international regulatory initiatives.
  • Experience with regulatory transaction support and licensing processes.
  • Takes ownership of work.
