Position: Sales and Customer Support

Office-based (with occasional flexibility) – Cheltenham

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Do you have previous experience working within Estate Agents Construction sales? Are you looking for an exciting role that blends sales, customer service and project support, if so, then look no further.

We're seeking a proactive, confident, and highly organised individual to join our clients small but ambitious team as a Sales & Customer Support Co-ordinator. This hybrid role blends customer care, sales support, and project/office administration.

You'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their journey—from initial enquiry to post-handover care—ensuring a seamless, professional, and personal experience. This is not a traditional sales role; we're looking for someone who can build trust, provide continuity, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Journey

  • Liaise with estate agents to manage property enquiries and viewings
  • Oversee the reservation process and customer journey through to handover
  • Conduct home demos, manage customer choices, and coordinate handovers
  • Act as the main point of contact post-handover, managing the defects period and ongoing care
  • Report on sales and customer care in senior management meetings

Project & Office Support:

  • Support the Office Manager with general admin and project-related tasks
  • Apply for postal addresses, liaise with councils, and set up utility meters
  • Maintain subcontractor spreadsheets, manage filing, and support H&S documentation
  • Assist with pre-sales processes and land sourcing admin
  • Use systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and housebuilding software (training provided)

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in housebuilding/ construction sales or estate agents
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Confident communicator, well-presented, and professional
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to "muck in" as part of a small team
  • Comfortable taking responsibility and working independently
  • Able to provide continuity and build trust with customers
  • Confident reporting to senior management and contributing to strategic discussions
