Job Title: Remote Inbound Customer Service & Sales Representative

Job Summary:
As an Inbound Customer Service & Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products or services based on customer needs. You will handle all inbound calls, emails, or chats with a customer-centric approach, aiming to enhance the customer experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, or live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product questions, troubleshooting, and order issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on the customer's needs.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues when needed.
- Provide feedback to management to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Previous sales experience - Upselling/Cross selling
- Comfortable with technology and using multiple software platforms, including CRM systems.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre or sales roles is essential
