A SNAPSHOT OF THE SENIOR MI ANALYSTS DAY
- Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports, utilizing technical skills in DAX and SQL to create robust and dynamic data visualisations.
- Drive the optimisation and enhancement of Power BI solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs and deliver impactful insights.
- Engage with operational teams to deeply understand their data analysis needs and tailor Power BI solutions to provide relevant and actionable insights.
- Lead the communication of complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
- Champion the continuous improvement of the MI delivery process, leveraging Power BI development skills to streamline reporting and increase efficiency.
- Provide technical mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of development and growth in Power BI competencies.
- Oversee the governance of KPI changes and definitions, applying technical expertise to ensure accuracy and relevance in KPI metrics.
- Manage the day-to-day allocation of BAU work, utilizing a deep understanding of Power BI development to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Experience in delivering MI through data visualisation tools (preferably Power BI) across operational teams.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have or be working towards a Power BI professional accreditation.
- Be proficient or working towards proficiency in technical disciplines such as DAX, SQL, R, and Python.
