This is an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Analyst to join a dynamic, thriving PE-backed business within their acquisitions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating in-depth financial models on target deals, working with the UK Investment Director and support the wider team on strategic decision making.

Our client is a leading UK Real Estate investor targeting £50-£300m tickets in high quality Living / Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA). With a significant existing portfolio and redevelopment and development pipeline, they are looking to add a highly numerate new member to their acquisitions team as they expand the business.
Description
- Analyse and underwrite new target deals, property market trends and data.
- Take ownership and manage the deal pipeline model.
- Work closely with the Investment Director, CIO and team to assist in strategic decision-making and growth strategy process.
- Integrate and on-board new acquisitions, working closely with Asset and Development Management colleagues.
- Create Investment Committee papers and pitch decks, analysing data on new target locations and deals.
- Support the ESG / Sustainability team with climate-related risks in ongoing and new projects.
- Ensure any necessary deal and regulatory compliance will be met, deal by deal and across the portfolio.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and relevant legislation.
Profile
The successful Real Estate Analyst will have:
- Real Estate, Real Estate Investment / Finance / Economics Degree (or similar).
- Ideally MRICS, IMC, CAIA or CFA qualification.
- Advanced Excel / real estate modelling skills on Living / PBSA / Operational Real Estate sectors - quantitative approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Solid understanding of the UK Living / BtR / PBSA property markets.
