Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients in the B2B sector to introduce their advertising services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, both in terms of revenue and new client acquisition.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Benefits:
- Basic salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission structure with OTE £40,000+
