Complaints Handler

Our client, an ambitious and progressive company, is looking to recruit an experienced Complaints Officer to join their Customer Services team.

This is a one year fixed-term contract to start immediately.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the complete complaints process, ensuring 100% satisfaction and effective resolution of any issue.
  • Investigating each case thoroughly, by gathering all the necessary information and liaising with the relevant departments.
  • Communicating with a professional and consistent manner, providing updates and realistic resolution timeframes.
  • Responding promptly, outlining the findings and proposed actions to rectify the complaint.
  • Following through on agreed actions and ensuring implementation as required.
  • Meeting all regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Experience of complaint handling
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to investigate, analyse and assimilate information
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements, GDPR and data protection
