Are you a Contracts Manager from a Mechanical background looking for an autonomous role in a well established company, offering a company car, excellent progression and the opportunity to work on exciting projects across the North West?
This multi-million-pound company specializes in Electrical and Mechanical installation services across various commercial sectors, including Education and Healthcare. Due to the continued growth of their Electrical division, they are seeking to add a Mechanical Contracts Manager to their team to help grow the Mechanical division.
In this autonomous role your time will be split between the Preston office and sites across the North West. You will work closely with the Mechanical Project Manager and be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of projects, estimating, procuring materials, meeting with contractors, and ensuring projects are carried out in line with budgets.
This role would suit an ambitious Contracts Manager from a Mechanical background, who is looking to join a well established company where they will get to work on exciting projects across the North West.
The Role:
- Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure delivery of projects.
- Procuring materials.
- Conducting site visits to meet with sub-contractors.
- Ensuring projects are carried out in line with costs/budgets.
The Person:
- Contracts Manager or similar.
- Background in Mechanical Engineering.
- Commutable to Preston office and sites around the North West.
