Job Overview:
An outstanding opportunity has opened for a 2+ PQE Executive/Legal Executive/Conveyancer/ Licensed Conveyancer to join an established Residential Property team in Ipswich. This role is perfect for a professional with extensive experience in Residential Property looking to join a growing communicative firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, new builds).
- Conduct lease extensions and auction transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and introducers.
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external audits.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, including complex aspects.
- Strong knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues.
- Proficient in business development.
- IT literate with a willingness to embrace system improvements for efficiency.
- Proven experience in building relationships with new and existing clients and professionals.
