Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Business Analyst to join our team and support the decommissioning of a number of legacy learning platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in streamlining our learning ecosystem and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to understand current learning platform usage and identify critical data elements.
- Analyse learning platform functionality and data structures to develop a comprehensive decommissioning plan.
- Liaise with IT teams to map out the technical decommissioning process, including data migration, system shutdown, and hardware disposal.
- Develop clear communication plans to inform users about the decommissioning process and timelines.
- Analyse training and support needs for users transitioning to new learning platforms.
- Document the decommissioning process for future reference and best practice development.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the decommissioning project.
- Track project progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with data migration and system decommissioning projects.
- Strong understanding of data and analytics.
- Experience with digital transformations.
- Ability to define strategies and execute them effectively.
- Critical thinking and strong system analysis skills.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and system decommissioning.
- Knowledge of learning management systems and digital transformations.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Contract Details:
- Duration: 3 months, with a possible extension depending on project needs and performance.
- Location: Hybrid working model (3 days onsite in Welwyn Garden City).
