Finance Operations Assistant

I am delighted to be partnered with an Investor Backed Software business who are looking to expand there finance team with a brand new Finance Operations Assistant role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for AP and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of financial systems to ensure information provided for decision making is correct.
  • Aid in the introduction of new financial processes
  • Help keep an eye on monthly stock values and the cost of sold goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with SAGE and Xero (Netsuite also advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
