I am delighted to be partnered with an Investor Backed Software business who are looking to expand there finance team with a brand new Finance Operations Assistant role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for AP and process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of financial systems to ensure information provided for decision making is correct.
- Aid in the introduction of new financial processes
- Help keep an eye on monthly stock values and the cost of sold goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with SAGE and Xero (Netsuite also advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
