Job Title: Labourer - Solar Farm Project
Location: Cleeve Hill - Near Faversham
Duration: 7am-5pm Monday-Friday (long term project)
Salary/Pay Rate: £15 per hour
**Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking team of labourers to assist with the installation and construction of a large-scale solar farm. The role involves supporting various tasks on-site, including handling materials, assembling solar panels, and general site maintenance. This is a great opportunity to work on an impactful renewable energy project.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the installation of solar panels and related equipment.
- Handling and transporting materials around the site.
- General site maintenance and clean-up.
- Supporting tradespeople and engineers on site.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Operating basic hand tools and equipment as required.
**Skills and Requirements:
- Previous labouring experience (experience on solar farms or renewable energy projects is a plus).
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting and long hours outdoors.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Strong attention to safety and ability to follow instructions.
- CSCS card or relevant safety certification (required).
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques.
