Our client, based in Gloucester, is a dynamic, growing business that has been operating for over 20 years in the marketing and promotions market. Due to recent growth and with exciting plans for the future, they are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic candidate to join their team on a permanent basis as an Order Administrator.
A key focus of the role will be to progress incoming orders for customers from initial enquiry through to delivery, therefore great time management and communication skills are essential. The role is fast paced and varied, and you will act as a key central point of a fun, active team. Full training on the role and processes will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Progress customer orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.
- Maintain communication through live chat, email and telephone.
- Keep up to date and accurate records on the company system.
- Liaising with clients and suppliers regarding orders.
- Helping clients understand the products on offer (full training will be given).
- Update clients regarding deliveries.

Hours - Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm & 4.30pm finish on a Friday
Salary - Up to £26k starting salary + benefits including:
Christmas shut down
