Role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Sourcing talent through networking, headhunting, making calls and other methods
- Initiating business development calls to attract new clients
- Building a strong presence within your niche
- Negotiating terms of business and outcomes for candidates and clients
- Becoming an expert in the Finance recruitment field
- Conducting interviews
- Using creative outreach tools to build relationships
- Working towards KPI's and targets
- Attend networking events
