Top legal 500 law firm are currently recruiting a Paralegal within their Commercial Property team.
You must have at least 2 years commercial property experience gained from a similar firm, within the UK as a Paralegal. Applications will not be considered if you do not have this experience.
You will be assisting one of the partners who has a valuable reputation within the industry and you will be required to hit the ground running with a variety of commercial property matters. You will be keen to progress and grow within the department.
You will be educated at degree level, have completed the LPC or SQE1 with at least 2 years Commercial property experience.
Experience must include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Experience in drafting commercial leases
- Remortgages and re-finances including properties in companies
- Registration including companies house and Land Registry
- Drafting and Filing of SDLT Returns
Salary is around the £30,000 - £35,000 with long term prospects for the right candidate.
