You will have the ability to work with high accuracy and good attention to detail and an excellent telephone manner to:

  • Take customer orders
  • Deal with suppliers / customer complaints

You will demonstrate business acumen and numeracy in order to:

  • Calculate prices for non-standard items
  • Evaluate supplier offers for specialist products

You will also take on various warehouse duties (e.g. picking & packing orders, stock taking, booking courier collections) and work within a small team to contribute to the development of the business.

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential and some familiarity with Sage would be advantageous, although training is available on Sage.
