We are looking for a top level, senior Corporate Receptionist for an investment firm based in Central London. This will be a very involved role, for someone capable of delivering first class service as well as being involved in other areas of business administration. This is a professional and corporate environment for a client who has incredibly high standards.
Main job duties includes but are limited to:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Organizing post
- Assisting EAs with traditional duties
- Overseeing all front of house staff
- Scheduling meeting rooms
- Assisting with events both interally and externally
- Liaising with internal HR and Operational teams
- Facilities administration
- Liaising with third party contractors
