Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, Fully Office Based
£32k-£36k Per Annum - Experience Dependent
Our client is looking for an experienced Estimator with amazing customer service skills to join their team in London!

Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Providing estimates and pricing support
- Preparing timely and accurate quotations based on customer requirements and KPI's.
- Preparing presentation packs for tender submissions
- Working closely with management to review QC's and problem solving
- Working with internal teams to resolve various technical issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance in Health and Safety Regulations
- Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience within the construction industry
- Working knowledge of schedule rates
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Numerate
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel
- Flexible and adaptable to varying workloads
- A hardworking and reliable work ethic
