Sanza Teaching Agency is seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher on behalf of a supportive and community-oriented faith school in Haringey. Key Responsibilities for the Year 1 Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 1 pupils.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages pupils to develop both academically and personally.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community to support each child's growth.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing tailored support where needed.
- Participate actively in the school's vibrant community, including faith-related events and initiatives.
The ideal Year 1 Teacher will:
- Be a qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in KS1, ideally in Year 1.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the ethos of a faith school and a willingness to support the school's values.
- Have a passion for early years education and a strong understanding of the curriculum.
- Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Be dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all learners.
